Know what is being shipped.
Make shipment decisions using agreed checks and documented findings. We help coordinate inspections against your order specification and approved references, so discrepancies can be discussed while goods are still in China. The right inspection scope depends on the product and the issues you need to detect.
What we can help with
- An agreed checklist covering relevant product, quantity, marking, and packing requirements.
- Coordination of checks at the agreed production or shipment stage.
- Communication of findings and follow-up on proposed corrective actions.
How it works
Define the reference sample, checklist, sampling approach, and acceptance criteria.
Arrange access to the goods and carry out the agreed inspection scope.
Review findings and decide whether to release, correct, or arrange a recheck.
Details to confirm
A sample-based inspection cannot establish that every unit is defect-free. Laboratory testing, certification, and factory audits require separate scopes and suitable providers when needed.
A common question
Can an inspection replace product testing?
No. Checking appearance, measurements, or packaging is different from laboratory testing. Tell us which performance or destination requirements apply so appropriate testing can be discussed separately.
