To establish long term business relationship with our customers, an appropriate after-sales policy must be made to deal with various situations.  The most common situation is the products are in good conditions when they are shipped but  damaged when customers receive, they are damaged on the way . Due to international shipping cost is expensive,  we normally send the broken parts or new items with your next order to make up your lost.

Please be ready to provide us with photographs or videos clearly showing the issues, once our customer service has confirmed the product was not damaged on purpose, we will deal with it appropriately.


Is there a time limit for reporting issues after I receive my order?

Yes. Please report any problems of your order in 7 days after you receiving your package. Please be ready to provide us with photographs or videos clearly showing the issues. After our aftersales team confirmed, we will arrange a full refund of the item to you or resend a new item to you with your next order.


What if my items got damaged/broken?

We check carefully of every item in your order and pack them very carefully, however it’s a long way from China to you. A lot of unexpected things can happen during the way. There are might some items got damaged/broken. If certain situation happens, please take a photo of the broken item and report to us in time. We will arrange refund or resend for the following issues:

I don’t like the item/quality is not good/”cheap” made/and other subjective reasons. Only refundable/changable after you return the item(s) to us. Shipping cost to you is not refunable. Shipping cost back way is on buyers.


What if I receive a wrong item/color?

We check and pack every order extremely careful before shipping but as a human being, mistakes are not avoidable. If you receive a wrong item/color by accident, please report to us in time and show us photos of it. After we confirmed, we’ll resend the right item to you with your next order. You can keep the wrong item; If you prefer refund, we will only refund the cost difference of the wrong item and right item to you.(Wrong item cost more, no refund. Right item cost more, refund price difference.)


Do I have to pay tax/duties?

Yiwuproducts.com don’t charge any pre-tax from you. The shipping cost of your order is only for paying the express companies for shipping your package. If any tax/duties occurs, it’s customer’s sole responsibility.
